You are allowed to make any necessary modifications to the purchased extension to fit your purposes as long as the changes are in accordance license you acquire.
3. Unauthorized Use
Reselling or redistributing our extensions without approval from our Company is expressly prohibited.
4. Refund Policy
It is 14 days money back guaranteed after purchased.
We are recommend you to check all the PDP features and functions before making purchase. After guaranteed time, we do not issue refunds for any reasons.
We do provide installation guide online and offer free installation if you need help. For installation service, please send a ticket in (7) so we can assist you.

– Subject: include at least “PDP” in subject for email filtering.
– Message content:
+ Order details or product license key.
+ Customer Email who purchased the product.
+ Issues details: describe your issues details, how our developer team can get that case. Screenshots or requirement details in document if possible.
+ Access information: Store url which are using PDP, FTP with writable permission, Admin access of PDP, Admin access of shopping cart.

7.3. We may not support if
– In order to resolve any problem with module we will need your website access (FTP, super admin account, Database access, …). If you can not provide these info to resolve the problem, we will NOT able to support you.
– If you have purchased and then ask for something which we may not offer, we will ask for custom fee if possible.
– You can not provide the valid information of order details or license key, we will not support.
– You submit request for new feature or custom feature but we are not offer to do, we will not support.
We are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
